We are seeking a technical customer support representative for supporting existing customers as well as onboarding of new customers on our online shipping platform, which serves customers in all of the Nordic countries.
Webshipper is growing rapidly and because of that, we are in need of a passionate and skilled technical customer support representative.
You will be joining an important part of a small team, where cooperation, good relations to both customers and colleagues as well as a great drive are an important basis for a positive workday.
Shipping and order processing is a cornerstone of all of our customers’ businesses. As the person with primary responsibility for setting up new customers on the platform, as well as support for existing customers, you will be an active part of optimizing and scaling the businesses of our customers through our innovative shipping solutions.
We place great emphasis on our relations to the customers, and we want to contribute towards facilitating growth. Bullshit, empty words and fancy expressions is thus not something that we engage in.
You will hold primary responsibility for welcoming new customers to Webshipper, and making sure that they get the best possible customer experience with us by providing advice and demonstrating the Webshipper platform for the customer.
During your 37 hour work week you will be given responsibility for providing support and customer service to existing customers. You will also be responsible for the setting up and introduction of the platform for new customers. Customer contact happens via phone, e-mail and online chat.
Similarly, you will be responsible for updating our website and support pages on a regular basis, and drawing up further material that support and improve the customer experience.
We are looking for a person, who possesses a great drive and are independent by nature. Ideally, you have experience in providing customer service or support, you are also familiar with e-commerce platforms and content management systems. You are passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience, and creating value through the solution that you deliver. You are well capable of expressing yourself in Danish and English, both orally and in writing.
